Wargaming is surrounded with ‘accessories’. Unless you are in the military, wargaming is done for pleasure or not done at all. Miniature wargamers craft an experience, not just a simulation. It is not simply an intellectual exercise. In addition to the soldiers moving about the field and the tiny vehicles that either harass or transport them, we need buildings, roads, rivers and hills, trees and anything that will add any bit of visual excitement to the game.
